We recently completed a basement renovation with Raven Reno & Condo Inc., and we couldn't be happier with the results. Leo and his team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Their communication was excellent throughout the project, keeping us informed every step of the way and ensuring our questions were always addressed promptly. What stood out most was their attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. The team took pride in their work, and it showed in the finished product. They were professional, reliable, and respectful of our home throughout the renovation process. We are extremely pleased with our newly renovated basement and would highly recommend Raven Reno & Condo Inc. to anyone looking for a contractor who delivers high-quality results with great customer service. Thank you, Leo and team, for a job well done!

We recently worked with Leo on a renovation project for our rental property, and overall had a very positive experience. From the beginning, his communication stood out—he provided a detailed and transparent quote that clearly outlined the scope of work, which gave us confidence moving forward. His pricing was also very competitive and hard to beat. Throughout the project, Leo kept us informed every step of the way. There were no surprises and no unexpected costs, which we really appreciated. He delivered the project on time, which is incredibly important when managing a rental property. What we valued most was his professionalism and follow-through. After the work was completed, he proactively checked in and addressed a minor issue to ensure everything was in good order. Overall, Leo is reliable, communicative, and organized—qualities that made the process smooth and predictable.

I really liked how everything turned out in my condo Besides the fast process the best part was getting to choose from such high-quality materials. The quality and variety of options were amazing, and the pricing was great for what was offered. I don’t think the experience could have been any more pleasant Thanks to your team.

Raven Reno and Condo Inc. Just completed a full basement reno in our home. This included a bar, bedroom and bathroom addition. We have never dealt with any contractors who could match the level of professionalism that Leo and his crew brought to the job. Skill, flexibility, integrity and value. Completed ahead of schedule with minimum daily disruption. We wholeheartedly suggest anyone looking at getting work done look no further than Leo and his amazing team.
