Raven Reno & Condo was built on a simple idea: renovations should be handled by people who actually show up, communicate clearly, and stand behind their work. Over 20+ years, that idea has stayed the same even as the projects have grown from single rooms to full homes.

How We Work

Every project starts with an honest conversation about your space, your budget, and your timeline — not a sales pitch. From there, we build a written plan you can review before committing to anything, and we stick to it once work begins.

We are a WSIB-registered and fully insured contractor, which means every project is covered from day one, not just the parts that are easy to see. That standard applies whether we are renovating a downtown condo or a house in the suburbs.

Our Team
